With unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, Annunciation Hall, with a maximum capacity of 23 overnight guests, offers 9,000 square feet on three levels featuring eight bedrooms, six and a half baths, great room, kitchen, and recreation room, with decks on two levels, and a patio on the lower level. This facility also features a gazebo.

This extra large bedroom on the upper level features one king bed, four twin beds, fireplace and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A private deck offers stunning views of Pikes Peak.
Located on the upper level, this room features three twin beds and a full bath shared with St. Susan Room.
Located on the upper level, this room features a queen bed and a full bath shared with St. Richard Room.
The most private bedroom, located on the upper level, St. Mary features a king bed and a full private bath. This room offers a beautiful view of Pikes Peak.
This room on the main level features a queen bed and adjoins a full bath that may be shared with others.
Located on the main level, St. Stephen features 1 king sized bed, 1 twin bed, fireplace, and a walkout deck with views of Pikes Peak. A half-bath is located just outside the room, with shower or bath available down the hall shared with the St. Anne Room.
This guestroom located on the main level features a queen bed, two twin beds, and a nearby half-bath. Guests may also share a full bath on the lower level.
This is the main meeting room for large and small groups staying at Annunciation Hall. It features comfortable seating and a fireplace with large south facing windows with uninterrupted view of Pikes Peak. Doors open to a large deck for expanded dining, small group break-out session, or just relaxing.
Off of the great-room is the galley-style kitchen that has two ovens, stove top, two sinks, a dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. Cabinets are stocked with basic cookware and bakeware. We have dishes and utensils. Please note: Consumables are not provided. We advise you to bring your own cookware for specialty items or cooking for large groups.

This lower level room features a king bed, and one twin bed. It adjoins a full size bath that may be shared with others.This area, on the lower level adjacent to the multi-purpose room, features a game room with a ping pong table and a media room that features a 55″ TV with DVD player.
Located on the lower level this room is ideal for break-out sessions or relaxing. It features a snack counter with sink and mini-fridge. The doors open to a patio, lawn, and outdoor gazebo.Sacred Heart Prayer Room, on the lower level, offers a quiet place for prayer and reflection.
The Brother Lawrence Bonus Room has been upgraded for large group dining. A 65″ TV monitor with HDMI connector is available as well as a projector and screen.
